FURIA took down The MongolZ on the winner-take-all fifth map of Sunday's grand final to win the $500,000 Global Offensive FISSURE Playground No. 2 event in Belgrade, Serbia.

FURIA's 3-2 victory netted the team $200,000 for first place. The MongolZ, whose roster hails entirely from Mongolia, settled for $100,000 as runners-up.

FURIA went 3-1 in the 16-team Swiss stage, falling only to top seed Aurora Gaming in a Round 3 High match before clinching their playoff berth the next day.

After sweeping Astralis and Team Falcons 2-0 in the quarterfinals and semifinals, FURIA met The MongolZ, who pulled out 2-1 victories in each of the first two rounds to make it this far.
