Yes, people are very much still modding The Witcher III: Wild Hunt, even more so after CD Projekt RED released the REDkit mod tool last year. On the visual side, HalkHogan's The Witcher 3 HD Reworked Project NextGen Edition is pretty much a must, but even the experienced modder's latest release does not overhaul every single item in the big open world roleplaying game.

So, as is often the case, fellow modder kwest0rek stepped in to create ' The Witcher III: Wild Hunt Remastered - NextGen ', which specifically targets 41 models that were untouched by HalkHogan's work, replacing them with completely new ones that also feature higher resolution textures. Here's a list of what's been retouched so far:

As you can see below, the improvement is rather noticeable.
