Ten more area high school athletes are candidates for the latest Watertown Public Opinion/Aberdeen News Athlete of the Week honor.

The latest poll is for athletes who shined from Sept. 15-21, 2025. Voting continues until midnight on Sunday, Sept. 28, 2025 .

Congrats goes out to Watertown High School football player Lincoln Schutt for being selected as the Watertown Public Opinion-Aberdeen News AOTW for Sept. 8-14.

Aug. 11-17: Karson Zak, Groton Area boys soccer.

Aug. 18-24: Westyn and Jace Thorpe, Leola-Frederick Area football.

Aug. 25-31: Kutler Swenson, Watertown football.

Sept. 1-7: Amree VanderVorst, North Central volleyball.

Sept. 8-14: Lincoln Schutt, Watertown Football.
