Margao: Civic group Madganvcho Awaaz, along with Youth Leader Prabhav Naik, has questioned the feasibility and viability of the proposed Hydraulic Parking Project in Margao. In a letter to the Member Secretary of the Goa State Urban Development Agency (GSUDA), Prabhav Naik highlighted the challenges posed by Goa’s humid coastal climate, which can accelerate rusting, and the high maintenance and skilled manpower requirements of hydraulic systems.

Naik noted that the Margao Municipal Council already faces difficulties maintaining its existing infrastructure and questioned how it would manage a complex system like hydraulic parking.
