Drivers are being warned that motorhome rules will kick in for campervan owners and drivers next month. From October, UK motorists will face new restrictions when travelling to the European Union and further EU law changes for drivers will be introduced next year.
If Brits fail to comply with the new Entry/Exit System, which will be introduced on October 12, they could be refused entry to the European Union .
According to Mark Sheppard, senior trading manager at Safeguard, anyone planning to take their vehicle to the EU for up to 90 days within a 180-day period following the changes would be impacted.
