Brian Daboll couldn’t hide from the harsh reality of this one.

“I would be booing, too,” the Giants ’ coach said after Sunday night’s 22-9 loss to the Chiefs , which dropped his team to 0-3 this year, 3-17 since the start of last year and 9-28 since the beginning of 2023.

For two-plus seasons now, Daboll — with his putrid offense — has delivered one firing-worthy performance after another. The guy is 1-14 over his past 15 games. That level of ineptitude is almost impossible to reach in the NFL.

So now he can’t — and shouldn’t — hide from this reality: The only chance he has of sticking around East Rutherford for a fifth season in 2026 stems from a decision he must make immediately, with no further hesitation.

He must bench Russell Wilson for Jaxson Dart.
