HUGO, Okla. (KFOR) - A man was killed by a tiger in his care Saturday at an animal preserve in Hugo in southeast Oklahoma.
The incident happened at Growler Pines Tiger Preserve.
According to the Growler Pines Tiger Preserve, Ryan Easley died during what they called an accident with a tiger under his care.
The preserve stated, "It is with profound sorrow that we confirm the tragic loss of Ryan Easley, who lost his life in an accident involving a tiger under his care at the Growler Pines Tiger Preserve on September 20, 2025."
