CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — A man charged in a fatal shooting at a New Hampshire country club where authorities say restaurant patrons acted quickly to stop the gunman and avert a worse tragedy was set to appear in court Monday.

One person was killed and two others were wounded by gunfire Saturday at Sky Meadow Country Club in Nashua.
