TENNESSEE TITANS fans have voted with their feet after another dismal performance.

Brian Callahan's team fell to 0-3 on the season after a 41-20 beat-down by the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday afternoon.

The Titans entered the 2025 campaign full of optimism after landing Cam Ward as the No. 1 overall pick .

But just three games in, there are already questions over Callahan's future with the franchise.

The Colts raced into a 20-6 lead at the half and never let up with a rejuvenated Daniel Jones under center.
