The eighth edition of the Laver Cup, co-created by Roger Federer, has so far been a success.
The 2025 event has already delivered some notable performances, with Andre Agassi and Yannick Noah leading Team World and Team Europe.
Joao Fonseca and Jakub Mensik kicked things off with wins in front of the San Francisco crowd. Later on, Taylor Fritz stunned Carlos Alcaraz on day two.
The players seem fully invested in the competition, not treating it as just another exhibition. That is exactly what Federer had envisioned when he first came up with the idea for the Laver Cup.
