Ahead of planned announcement on Monday, President Donald Trump said autism rates had increased from "1 in 10,000" children 15 years ago to "1 in 12" today. Prevalence of autism in US children is currently 1 in 31, and was 1 in 68 in 2010, per the CDC. The president also told reporters aboard Air Force One Sunday that babies had "sometimes 80 different vaccines." The CDC recommends 12 vaccines between birth and the age of six.
