AN AMERICAN sex teacher has been deported from a popular holiday island for hosting X-rated workshops there.

Self-styled "sexpert" Jennelle Raynette Gordon, 44, was apprehended by immigration cops after they found out about her work.

Gordon was reportedly due to host a five-day "intimacy retreat" for couples in the tourist hotspot of Bali, Indonesia.

But police detained the mother-of-one as she was flying into the capital Jakarta on September 16.

She was deported from Indonesia just two days later.

Her arrest came following reports of her explicit work in a villa at Seminyak in southern Bali.

Authorities say she initially entered the country on September 4.

But she is alleged to have abused her "stay permit" by organising a paid "Intimacy Mastery Retreat".
