RIVERSIDE, Ohio (WDTN) -- A man is dead after wounds sustained during a stabbing in Riverside on Friday, Sept. 19.

According to a sergeant with the Riverside Police Department, the person succumbed to injuries.

He was named Jason Gau, 46.

On Friday, officers were dispatched to the 4500 block of Derwent Drive around 11:22 a.m. on report of the incident. Police searched for an alleged suspect who was found the next day.

He was considered to be "armed and dangerous."
