INGLEWOOD, Calif. (KTRE) - Former Nacogdoches Dragon Brandon Jones had 11 tackles and an interception in the Denver Broncos’ 23-20 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday.
It’s the seventh interception of Jones’ career.
In the second quarter, Chargers’ quarterback Justin Herbert threw a pass over the middle. The pass was tipped into the air and picked off by Jones. The next possession ended in a punt for the Broncos.
Up next, Denver (1-2) will host the Cincinnati Bengals (2-1) on Monday Night Football.
