Agartala, 22 nd September 2025: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today inaugurated development projects at the Mata Tripurasundari Temple Complex in Udaipur, Gomati District, marking a significant step in promoting pilgrimage and tourism in Tripura.

At 3 pm, PM Modi performed a formal puja to inaugurate the Tripura Sundari Temple Development Project, situated at one of the 51 revered Shakti Peeths. The Central Government has sanctioned Rs. 34.43 crore under the PRASAD Scheme for the temple’s development, with the State Government contributing an additional Rs. 17.61 crore.
