TAMPA — Tampa Pride is suspending its operations and said there will be a one-year hiatus for the Tampa Bay Pride Festival and any other affiliated events.

In a statement, the organization's board cited reductions in funding and the discontinuation of DEI programs in Florida as some of the reasons for the decision.
