Welcome to the IU Health Herald-Times Football Player of the Week poll for games on Sept. 19.

Congratulations to last week's winner, Edgewood defensive lineman Landon Beauchamp, who received 51.9% of the vote (13,013) to top teammate Eli Lerot (41.4%) as Mustang fans accounted for more than half of the 25,000 votes cast.

Shaun Cooper, South, RB

With starter Braylen Townsend injured, the senior had a career night, carrying the ball 35 times for 241 yards and five touchdowns as the Panthers hammered Terre Haute South, 49-14.

Eli Engleking, Eastern Greene RB

Led the T-Birds on offense in a tough 14-1
