Syracuse, N.Y. — More than 350 housing units will be ready to rent next spring under the terms of a lawsuit settlement between the city of Syracuse and the owner of a notorious apartment building.

The city and Chicago-based Clear Investment Group have agreed to settle a lawsuit the city filed in April that sought to have a receiver take over operation of the formerly named Skyline Apartments on James Street.
