The Ministry of Ayush, in collaboration with the All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA), Goa, will celebrate the 10th National Ayurveda Day on September 23. The event will be inaugurated by Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Ayush, Prataprao Jadhav. Shripad Yesso Naik, Union Minister of State for Power and New & Renewable Energy, will also attend.

This year’s theme, “Ayurveda for People, Ayurveda for Planet,” will highlight Ayurveda’s contribution to human health and ecological sustainability.

A major highlight of the celebrations will be the National Dhanwantari Ayurveda Awards 2025, which will honour distinguished contributors to the field of Ayurveda. The event will also see the inauguration of key healthcare facilities at AIIA Goa, including an Integrative Oncology Unit
