BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Kern County Sheriff's Office released information on the escaped inmate from Saturday night.

Francisco Garcia, 23, was seen running eastbound from Kern Medical at about 11 p.m. on Saturday, according to KCSO.

He is described as 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighing 145 pound with a neck tattoo that says "God is my witness," two chest tattoos that say "Cristal" and "War Ready," a tattoo on the back of his left arm with the letter "F" and a letter "S' on his back right arm.

Officials said on the right side of his neck he has an under-ear tattoo letter "C" with a crown. On the right side of his face, he has a broken heart circled and crossed out and "2000" tattooed on his right outer wrist.
