PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - A woman was hospitalized after being found shot in the parking lot of an Ace Hardware store in Forest Grove on Sunday.

Police were called to a reported shooting in the parking lot near the intersection of Pacific Avenue and Highway 47 at about 12:15 p.m. Sunday afternoon.

Upon arrival, they found a woman who had been shot.

The woman - who is not being identified - was rushed to the hospital by Life Flight with life-threatening injuries. She remained hospitalized as of Monday afternoon, according to the Forest Grove Police Department.

Detectives are still working to determine key details about the shooting, including where it occurred, and an investigation is ongoing.
