A project that's transforming historic downtown Celina is wrapping up its first phase.
The initial stage of the $93.5 million Downtown Center development features a 25,000-square-foot parking garage with about 400 spaces. The garage is on schedule to open in November, according to Andy Buffington, Celina’s director of community development and downtown services.
