MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - First Alert Day in place heading into tonight. Scattered showers and storms are expected to redevelop across southern Wisconsin late this afternoon and evening. While coverage remains somewhat uncertain, the environment supports renewed storm activity, with some capable of producing gusty winds and small hail. Heavy downpours are possible in localized spots, though widespread flooding is not anticipated. Rainfall totals should generally range from a tenth to half an inch, with isolated higher amounts.
