Investigators claim Duke went to a Mayford Road home in the Hartsville area on Sept. 6.

He’s accused of attacking a person with a taser, leading to a physical altercation. The sheriff’s office claims he then grabbed the victim’s firearm and pointed it at the victim, stating that if they called for help, the suspect would kill them. Crime
