Polls continue to show Florida’s most prominent Republicans have ground to make up if they want the party’s presidential nomination in three years.

The Echelon Insights September “verified voter omnibus” finds Secretary of State Marco Rubio with 5% support in a hypothetical 2028 Republican Primary.

That puts him in fourth place, behind Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Kennedy has 6% support.

Gov. Ron DeSantis is marginally ahead of Rubio and Kennedy with 8% support.

But all of them are far behind Vice President JD Vance , who has 43% in the poll conducted between Sept. 18 and Sept. 22.
