COLUMBIA, Mo. - Despite a federal judge ruling that the University of Missouri had to allow a pro-Palestine organization group to participate in the homecoming parade, it’s not clear whether or not the group will actually be in this year’s parade.

Mizzou Students for Justice in Palestine sued the university after being denied from participating in 2024’s parade.

Last week, a federal judge ruled it was unconstitutional to ban the group. However, the judge also said the university could still enforce their parade policy.
