Dutcher, a Wolastoqiyik (Maliseet) member of the Tobique First Nation in northwest New Brunswick, is a Juno and Polaris prizewinner who has released acclaimed recordings on the Secret City label, 2018s Wolasotqiyik Lintuwakonawa and 2023s Motelwolonuwok.
