NORMAL, Ill. (WMBD) -- The Illinois State Police Department said they had a friendly four-legged animal spotted on campus and told students to "admire from afar."
In a post on their Facebook page, the department released that a Fox has been spotted on campus.
In order to make light of the situation, the department used a little wit to tell students what to do if they see the fox.
"This just in… our campus fox friends have finally spoken, putting to rest the age-old question: 'What does the fox say?' 'I’m fine, everyone!'" the post said.
The post goes on to remind everyone, for their safety and the fox's, not to feed or approach the animal.
"A happy, healthy fox is a wild fox. The best way to help? Admire from afar and let them do their foxy thing," the post said.
