On Monday (September 22), it was announced that the late-night talk show will be back on the air on Tuesday night, September 23 following a six-day suspension due to Jimmy Kimmel ‘s comments in the wake of right-wing podcaster Charlie Kirk ‘s death.
However, Sinclair Broadcast Group , which is one of the major broadcast channel owners in the country, has announced plans to preempt Kimmel on its ABC affiliates.
