Jimmy Kimmel Live! is returning to TV screens this week, but not everyone across the country will be able to watch it.

On Monday (September 22), it was announced that the late-night talk show will be back on the air on Tuesday night, September 23 following a six-day suspension due to Jimmy Kimmel ‘s comments in the wake of right-wing podcaster Charlie Kirk ‘s death.

However, Sinclair Broadcast Group , which is one of the major broadcast channel owners in the country, has announced plans to preempt Kimmel on its ABC affiliates.
