The Conservative Party of BC has ejected Surrey-Cloverdale MLA Elenore Sturko from its caucus, a source tells 1130 NewsRadio.

Sturko was first elected in a by-election in 2022 to the BC Liberals (now called BC United) and then won her current seat in the 2024 provincial election.

Months before last year’s provincial election, she defected from BC United and joined the BC Conservatives.
