WILLIAMSPORT — A Centre County man has admitted he made threats to kill President-elect Donald Trump about a week before his inauguration in January.

Jacob Buckley, 22, of Port Matilda, pleaded guilty Monday in U.S. Middle District Court to a charge of threats against the president-elect.

The charge carries a five-year maximum jail term, but the sentencing guidelines, depending on any enhancements, recommend probation to 16 months.
