A man sought for almost a year in a killing on Interstate 95 in Upper Chichester Township was arrested Monday night in Pittsburgh, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.
Daryl E. Beckett, 36, was added to the Pennsylvania State Police Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitives in December when a warrant was issued for his arrest.
During the shooting, over 40 rounds were fired from a rifle into a moving vehicle, striking and killing the driver, Chris Grody, and injuring the passenger, police said.
Ronald Collins, 36, was arrested Dec. 12 in the killing.
Collins was held for court in January on murder and related assault and weapons charges after a hearing before District Judge Diane M. Holefelder, and returned to the George W. Hill Correctional Facility without bail.
Beckett was taken into custody
