CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - President Trump announces he has the answer to autism, saying that the use of Tylenol during pregnancy may be linked to an increased risk of autism.

During a press conference at the White House on Monday. The President said the FDA will begin notifying physicians immediately to limit Tylenol use during pregnancy.

WSMV spoke with parents who have children on the autism spectrum who say they are skeptical of the President’s findings.

“I’ll tell you I’ve had two pregnancies where I’ve never taken a single Tylenol that resulted in two autistic Children,” said Amy Patton.

Patton said she also spaced out vaccinations for her children to limit their exposure to a variety of ingredients, which she says was not helpful.
