AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - Former Hereford girls’ basketball coach, Joe Mireles, died Saturday at age 54.

Hereford Athletics made an announcement via Facebook.

Mireles was the head coach of the Lady Whiteface team for the 2024-25 season, but stepped away due to health problems.
