BANGOR -- Piscataquis boys soccer beat Bangor Christian by a score of 2-1 on Monday afternoon.
Bangor Christian dominated possession for the majority of the first half as Drake Nash took advantage of a turnover and opened the scoring with a goal to make it 1-0 Bangor Christian.
That score would stand at the half until Chase Lander cleaned up a loose ball off a corner kick to give Piscataquis the equalizer.
The Pirates would continue to press in the second, until Brady Gaw finally broke through for the eventual game winning goal later in the second half.
PCHS (5-0) hosts Dexter on Thursday while BCS (1-3) travels to Woodland on Friday.
