LAKE COUNTY, Fla. – Two children were reported missing on Monday evening after reportedly running away, according to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.

In a release, deputies identified the two children as 10-year-old Joel Batarseh and Emma Stubbs.

“Deputies are currently searching for (the children) in the area of Radio Rd. and Highland Rd. in Leesburg,” the release reads.

Investigators said that Stubbs was last seen wearing a black shirt and white/multicolor pants.

Meanwhile, Batarseh was last seen wearing a red polo shirt and brown shorts with red high-top shoes.
