Jacob Young just can’t stop making highlight catches. A day after pulling off a wild kick-to-glove grab against the New York Mets, the Washington Nationals outfielder delivered again on Monday night in Atlanta.
In the bottom of the fifth inning, Braves shortstop Ha-Seong Kim lined a ball to center. Young dove forward to make the play, but the ball popped out of his glove. But somehow, as he hit the ground, he grabbed it bare-handed before it touched the turf. The crowd couldn’t believe it, and neither could his teammates.
