There is one less exciting resident in Yellowstone's landscape, however, the bugs. Generally considered a simple nuisance, few people visit Yellowstone to watch the insects crawl around. There is one group that doesn't just accept bugs though; they seek them out, and that effort has paid off in incredible ways.
A group of entomologists (bug scientists) has spent the last two decades studying Yellowstone National Park's wetsalts tiger beetle , and the findings have been far beyond what anyone expected. Not only did the scientists get invaluable information about the tiger beetle, and its role in Yellowstone'
