In the fantasy game Dungeons and Dragons, there are pyromancers, sorcerers who work with fire; cyromancers, who work with ice; and so on.

Esteban Rosa, who describes himself as a Dungeons and Dragons nerd, named his new bakery Pastrymancer. In other words, he is a sorcerer that works with pastry.

"We wanted to have a place that's fun for us as well as our customers," he said. "Hopefully they can enjoy some of the weirder things we bring to the table."
