100 Years Ago, 1925: Crozer Theological Seminary opened its 68th year this morning. There are a score of new students registered, and the majority of the old students are back to resume their studies. Last night the matriculation address was delivered by Dr. Spenser B. Meeser, professor of systematic theology at the institution. His subject was “The Way Out of the Apparent Conflict Between Religion and Science.” Prospects point to the present as being one of the most successful years in the history of the seminary.
