Retail theft: At 11:16 a.m. Officers responded to Hobby Lobby in the 800 block of Baltimore Pike for a report that a female had stolen a cartload of merchandise and pushed the cart to a vehicle in the lot. Officers located the vehicle in the lot and identified a 45-year-old from Newark, Del., who was taken into custody and will be charged with retail theft.

Stolen vehicle: Just before 7 p.m., units responded to Springfield Mall in the parking lot to investigate five subjects running from a stolen vehicle. The group ran from near the loading dock at Target toward the SEPTA bus stops. Four subjects were stopped: a female, age 19; a male age 13; and two boys, both age 10. They will be charged with receiving stolen property and summary offenses.
