At least 8 people have died and 10 have been injured as incessant rains continue to lash out at Mumbai's Marathwada. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted more over the next 48 hours.
The Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and Beed districts are the worst affected by the flooding. Many parts of the Latur and Dharashiv districts have been washed away, including villages in the Ausa, Killari, Lamjana, Nilanga, and Chakur talukas.
