The second of two teenage suspects accused of shooting a man during an armed robbery in Rodgers Forge last year will be tried as an adult.
Baltimore County State’s Attorney Scott Shellenberger said the suspect was denied a request to have his case transferred back to juvenile court. A judge made a similar decision earlier this month for the second suspect.
Both teenage boys are accused of shooting a 50-year-old man in an alley off of Dunkirk Road in September 2024.
Online records show one of the suspects is expected to stand trial next month.
