WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - A 31-year-old man accused of abducting his child in Wichita last year, prompting an Amber Alert, is set to head to trial later this fall.

Trevawn Strong Sr. is charged with child abuse, two counts of aggravated battery, two counts of aggravated assault, three counts of aggravated child endangerment, three counts of criminal threat, and misdemeanor counts of domestic battery, criminal restraint and criminal damage to property.
