E & B Insurance Agency, LLC celebrates continuation of business into fourth generation of ownership

MARTINSBURG -- Tears filled the eyes of many at the ribbon cutting for E & B Insurance Agency, LLC at 132 South Queen Street in Martinsburg, on Monday morning.

For Stew Borger, the ribbon cutting served as the public celebration of his family's business being passed on to the next generation. Borger recently sold the business that his grandfather, Clyde Smith, founded to his daughter and son-in-law.
