SRINAGAR : Chief Minister and National Conference Vice-President Omar Abdullah has approved Rs 377.10 lakh under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) for a wide-ranging development package in Ganderbal, with a special focus on healthcare, education, infrastructure and community facilities. Of the total allocation, Rs 67 lakh has been set aside for the installation of a high-end ultrasound machine at District Hospital (DH) Ganderbal, a facility expected to provide advanced diagnostic services locally and reduce the need for patients to travel outside the district.
