A Lancaster man was charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats and propulsion of missiles onto a roadway, among other charges, relating to a Sept. 17 incident.

Dylan Brandon Quinones, 29, of Lancaster, was charged after a Lebanon shooting.

Lebanon police officers were sent to the 600 block of Quentin Road for a report of gunshots around 7:45 p.m. on Sept. 17. They reviewed surveillance video showing a man walking up to a parked black car, exchanging items with the front seat passenger, and walking away.

After the man started walking away, the passenger door opened, and the passenger stepped out holding a handgun and fired three shots.

A nearby business was open for the evening with patrons inside as the shots rang out. Police found two spent 9mm casings in the parking lot.
