JANESVILLE, Wis. — A Janesville man was arrested Monday after he pulled out a gun inside a vehicle with two children present, leading to a multi-county pursuit early Monday.

Janesville police officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of Milton Avenue after reports of possible shots fired at around 3:20 a.m.

Upon arrival, officers spoke with a female victim who alleged that while sitting inside her parked vehicle, she became involved in a domestic-related argument with a man. He allegedly pulled out a gun and fired a shot. Police reported that two children were in the backseat, but no injuries were reported.

Witnesses said they saw the man leave the area, prompting Janesville police to request assistance from the City of Delavan Police Department and the Walworth County Sheriff's Office
