It took 3 years, but Lions finally brought 'Red Saint Gibbs' to life

BALTIMORE – Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jahmyr Gibbs sat side-by-side in a meeting last week as the Detroit Lions installed offensive plays for their Monday Night showdown with the Baltimore Ravens .

When coaches put a play on the screen that had been on their call sheet off and on since at least 2023 – “Red Saint Gibbs” – Gibbs turned to St. Brown and whispered, “Bro, we’re not calling this play.”
