SHEPHERDSTOWN – Pack Horse Ford Chapter members, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, attended the 78th annual Eastern District meeting, West Virginia State Society, at the Fountain United Brethren Church in Keyser on Aug. 16.

The meeting was led by Eastern District Director Judy Bowyer and hosted by the Highlands of the Potomac Chapter in Keyser. The theme for WV State DAR is “Bloom Where You are Planted.” DAR chapters in the Eastern District include Jefferson, Berkeley, Hardy, Morgan and Mineral counties.
